The firm is licensed to manufacture various dosage forms viz. Non Beta (Tablets, Capsules), Beta (Tablets, Capsules & Dry Syrups), External Preparations as Analgesic & Antipyretics, Vitamins & Nutritional Supplements etc. List of the products being manufactured on the plant is enclosed separately. No specifically toxic or hazardous substances are handled.

USE OF OUTSIDE SCIENTIFIC, ANALYTICAL OR OTHER TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE IN RELATION TO MANUFACTURE AND ANALYSIS.

The firm has all the equipment / machinery required for production & packaging and is self sufficient for its activities. No outside help is needed as far as equipment Concerned. However help of recognized specialist consultants is taken for initiation of specialized products / techniques for production.

Quality system of the company has been decided by upper management (M.D, Director) according to the company policy and it's very competent as per days requirement because company is launching a good and wide range of products in market, so there is no question to compromise with quality of products. Towards this company has instituted to properly maintained batch production records.

The company has a full fledged Quality Control Department (QCD) headed by QC Manager and assisted by other Analysts. They are responsible for testing and analysis of every material coming in (for use in products) & all the manufactured products going out. The main functions of QCD are :-

• Drawing of samples from Raw Materials, Packing Materials, in process materials and finish product from concern dept. after receiving the intimation regarding to concern materials from concern Dept. After withdrawal sample labeling to the container as under test.


• Analysis the materials and declare results on behalf of Own Test Reports or outside lab, issue the release/ reject for approval / rejection of the material, label them as APPROVED or REJECTED.


• Carrying out in process checks as per product SOP.


• Filling & signing the Master Batch Record (MBR) at appropriate places.


• Keep records of control sample for future reference.


• Developed specification for input materials and finish products.
